Random-ness
Figured if i dun blog today, it'll be 2 whole weeks of no blogging. I will not let my blog get boring! Actually, its not that i haven't been going out therefore i haven't been blogging coz there's nothing to blog about.. In fact, its the total opposite. I've been out every single day since last fri.. So much so that my parents have finally confronted me of my late night rendevous-s with my friends. SooOo.. i shall stay home this weekend and be a good girl.
Actually.. My parents wouldn't have found out about my late nights if not for Wednesdae's Mambo night. See, i literally sneaked out of my house with ahmah on wednesdae night to meet the gang for mambo. I was supposed to leave Zouk at 1.45am in order to make sure that i reach home before my parents woke up and find me missing. BUT! Fangwen and Ahmah refused to let me go at 1.45.. saying wads the difference between leaving at 1.45 and leaving and 2. So 1.45 became 2, 2 became 2.30, 2.30 became 3, 3 became 3.30. In the end, we ended up leaving at 3.40. Yah.. by the time i got home, my parents left for work already.. but not before checking in to see if i was home. And guess wad?! I WAS NOT! ahaHAah.. Kena-ed from them the very next day. Hai..
Sian.. Lucky for me i have work tonight. If not i have no idea how to survive the weekend night, considering that i will suffer from cold turkey if i'm at home on weekends. =( Argh.. just blogging about it makes me sad already. Wadever.

Signs of a Bad Year
We're onli like wad... 13 days into the new year.. and it feels as though 1300 days have gone by since 01/01/2007. Barely 2 weeks ago i welcomed the new year with hope and cheers. 2 weeks later.. i onli hope dat this year can end sooner.
It seems as though nothing is right and everyone's just pissed with everything and everyone. Or maybe everyone's just making a mountain out of a molehill, creating a big hooha over nothing. I for one can sae dat i've been feeling so tired and irritated by the series of 'events' dats been happening around me. So much so that my 'long ti' (according to fangwen) is getting 'xu-er' by the moment.
Den there's the series of breakups i've been hearing my friends go through.. Come to think of it.. i tink i do not have a friend who is attached now. See wad i mean when i sae its a bad year? 13 days into 2007 and all my friends have broken up with their bfs or gfs. *shakes head*
And then there's the endless phone sessions revolving around some problems dat have been arising these few days with friendships, relationships, and wadever ships lah. They're neverending. Until a point where i'm kind of afraid of wad my phone bill will look like for this month.
I have onli one thing to blame for all dats been happening around here. Alcohol. Its time to QUIT drinking. No more drinking sessions on weekends.. or parties or wadsoever. We should all drink coffee instead. Den maybe life will get back to normal.

Countdown to 2007 @ The Clinic
Before i being ranting on the happenings of NYE, let me first wish everyone a Happy New Year! WhOoOo HoOo~~~ Its 2007!! The new semester starts tomorrow. ahAHaHA.. Kinda glad that the new school term is starting. Its always like dat.. when u're having ur holidays, u miss school. But when sch really starts and all ur projects start piling, u kinda wish dat the holidays come quickly.
2006's been a.. i'd say.. great year for me. Finally turned 21. And of course the same goes for all my dear friends like ahmah, fangwen, christine, mingwei, qiuying etc etc. Spent a BOMB on birthday presents. And received many many wonderful gifts in return, naturally. Got to know a bunch of party goers through ahmah and ended up partying like no one's business towards the end of the year with the gang. Drank more than i've ever drank my entire life during the last 2 months of 2006. Until i tink my liver is gonna fail me by the time i reach 30. Also, read more magazines than i've ever read in my 21 years of life during November, while working at FJ Benjamin.
So... Bid goodbye to 2006 and welcomed 2007 with my 2 closest girlfriends at The Clinic last sunday. I swear there are no better way welcome the new year than to spend it with ur bestest friends. Except maybe with more friends or ur family. =) Nonetheless, we had a blast!! Even though there were onli 3 of us. AhahAH.. It seemed that we tend toenjoy ourselves more when there are onli 3 persons involved. *evil grinz*
The Clinic... sucked. Not sure if its because we're new to the place or that the place really sucks. Too many rooms and too little space. Drinks are so expensive and there are no cute bartenders. Just these 2 negative points are enough to turn me off. The worst thing is.. Cover charge was bloody expensive!!!!!! Omg.. sOOoO ex! But the queue at MOS was ridiculously loOoong... we figured we would probably still be in the queue by 12 midnight. Dat'll be just sad. So we ended up at The Clinic coz there was no queue.
Though the drinks were crazily expensive and not nice at all, it was NYE. So we still ordered like it was free flow. There were onli 3 of us.. we finished a jug of Vodka Lime (which sucked),a jug Vodka Orange (which sucked too), a jug of Beer (carlsberg) and a bottle of horrendous house red wine (dated 2004 so u can imagine the taste). It was the red wine dat almost killed the 3 of us. I drank until i could literally feel the bile work up to my throat.
No matter how disgusting the drinks taste or how freaking cold dat place was.. i have to say that the countdown part of the night was happening~~. Everyone was soOoOo in the mood and it was crazy~~~~~ Fun Fun FUn.. poppers went off at exactly 12 midnight and so did the phonelines. The onli msg i managed to sent was to sylvia. After that the entire network just happily jammed. My babe christine probably sent me a msg wishing me Happy New Year way before 12.. but i onli received it after 2am! Stupid Starhub..
Anyway.. as usual, we took loads of pictures.. and they turned out ridiculous coz we were all drunk! ahAHA.. Managed to pick some... slightly more sober pics to post.. so here goes...

Anyway.. from the pictures, its not difficult to tell i had a wonderful time counting down to year 2007 with my dear friends. Hope u guys had a blast too!
